Cancellations
Customers may cancel goods purchased from Jan Horrox by sending a written notice by post to arrive within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. The customer must be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be in the condition in which they were received.
Returns
Jan Horrox is committed to providing customers with high quality products and service, however occaissionally a product may be found to be substandard. In these circumstances Jan Horrox will refund / exchange the goods and cost of return carriage.

In the event that Jan Horrox agrees to accept the return of perfect goods which are unwanted, they must be returned with 7 working days by post to:

The goods must be unopened and in re-saleable condition. In these circumstances there will be s surcharge of 15% on the Jan Horrox sale price on the returned goods.
Delivery
Jan Horrox makes every effort to dispatch goods within the specified time of 14 days but does not accept liability for failure to deliver in this time.
Jan Horrox will accept responsibility for shortages and/or damage only if these are notified with in 7 working days of receipt of goods.
Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment in full is received by Jan Horrox.
Overseas customers will be solely responsible for any duties or taxes which may be liable in their country.
Currency
All prices given on Jan Horrox website are in Sterling.
Errors and Omissions
Jan Horrox makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and prices on its website but occasionally errors may occur. In these circumstances Jan Horrox will be entitled to rescind the contract and liability will be limited to return to the customers of any payments made.

All contracts of sale made by Jan Horrox shall incorporate the above terms and conditions.

The credit card you use for the purchase is your own and that there are sufficient funds for the purchase. The customer provides an address which is registered as your billing address for the respective credit card. This is the only address to be used to ship your goods to.
Jan Horrox is a retail only site.

Any order placed on this site is protected by secure technology. All details are encrypted before transmission. Jan Horrox does not store any card details and after the purchase has been made any details will be destroyed.
Jan Horrox is not registered for VAT at this date 1st March 2006.
