Q. Can I get specialist help on my choice of fabrics or tools?
A. Yes, please phone us on 01263 514514 for expert help and advice on your choices.

Q. How soon will I receive my order?
A. We send by 1st class mail within the UK and this will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Q. Do you have a paper catalogue?
A. No we do not have a paper catalogue. You can send an A5 SAE for a price list to Jan Horrox, 27. Vicarage Rd, Cromer, Norfolk. NR27 9DQ.

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay with any credit/debit card or Paypal. If you wish to use Paypal, please e-mail us with your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice.

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Please phone us on 0207 207 8095 to place your order.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?
A. Yes. Send your order by post with a cheque or telephone us to confirm the total of the cheque.
